Extra Virgin Roasted Peanut Oil

The newest proposals on dietary fats, including the concept that monounsaturated fatty acids (Oleic) help lower total cholesterol and bad cholesterol (LDL joined), with the added benefit that by replacing saturated fat intake by monounsaturated fat, maintained adequate levels of good cholesterol (HDL joined), who works for the healthy functioning of the heart. Culinary Benefits:
Its excellent aroma and fragrance makes it suitable for seasoning salads and meals, marinades, sautéing vegetables, etc.. As roasted flavor gives it a nice smoky tone and notes of toasted nuts give a final friendly on the palate.
This oil also has a high moisture point (215-220 º C) making it an excellent oil for stir-fries, sealed and combined with other oils increases the shelf life of frying them.
